When a question in Stockport Quiz League, in 2013, asked which common garment was worn by both men and women in ancient Greece, the questions guru pointed out that himation (him–at–ee–uhn) was an alternative answer. (Well ... he actually used the term "equally acceptable", which – not for the first time – may be a slight exaggeration.)
According to Wikipedia, the himation was a mantle or wrap, cloak or shawl, "usually worn over a chiton and/or peplos, but ... made of heavier drape".
The peplos was "a body–length garment established as typical attire for women in ancient Greece". So ... not worn by men, apparently.
